And this might the breakthrough needed by both companies, and because the restriction of selling this kind of phone to china has been lifted it will soon be available to Chinese folks; not to mention a relief because rumor has it that this kind of phones have been available and has been sold in black and grey market for a period of time now.

Google is now committed to head to a new social media with Slide, which is a company that is responsible for developing games, applications, and widgets that are used in social media. Slide also is responsible for a lot of applications that most social networking sites have such as facebook and friendster.

Also google has made a big investment in Zynga, a company who is responsible for the applications such as the game Farmville on facebook or the superpoke application. Who knows if google is planning on building a gaming service but with the acquisition of Slide google is surely looking into more than just gaming.
